In October, Homewood Recycling conducted a waste audit and found that 50% of the waste that was thrown in the incinerate bin was actually compostable and 25% was recyclable. Much of this waste was lunch waste that came from office spaces. We would like to know more about individual behavior, preferences, and challenges associated with composting in the workplace.
