The Udall Scholarship is for outstanding students who either intend to pursue careers in environmental public policy or are Native Americans or Alaska Natives intending careers related to tribal public policy or to Native health care. Open to US citizens or permanent residents. Award of up to $7,000 toward tuition, fees, books, and room and board + round-trip expenses to attend a 4-day orientation with all Udall scholars in early August. Minimum GPA of 3.0 to apply (award winners typically hold 3.5+ GPAs). 60 scholarships awarded each year. Open to sophomores & juniors.
