Calm - Come to the anxiety and stress workshop

The Anxiety and Stress Workshop will teach skills and develop tools to better manage your anxiety and stress. You will learn theories about the development of anxiety and how to cope with it. This will include exposure to: relaxation exercises, mindfulness practices, and cognitive restructuring. You will be provided weekly materials which will allow the creation of your own workbook, full tools and exercises that will be useful throughout your life.

The day/time for the workshop will be selected to match students' schedules. So, sign-up now and we'll figure out best time later. It is open to undergraduate and graduate students from Homewood and Peabody. Meetings take place at the Counseling Center, 3003 N. Charles St.
