Workshop: Managing Life's Transitions

This 1.5-hour interactive class demonstrates the way we react to and cope with life's changes. These changes might be planned-for versus unanticipated, positive versus negative, or within your control (or not!). These changes can vary widely to include a change in your family structure, a change in residence, a change in health or finances, or a change in your work routine. Whatever change you are facing, you'll learn to identify your transitional stage, how to manage the stress and emotions often associated with change, and how to open yourself to new opportunities.

Presented by Barbara Fowler, Lifespan Services manager in the Office of Work, Life and Engagement. A minimum of 15 people is required for this workshop; otherwise subject to cancellation.
