Registration open for winter wellness classes

The Office of Benefits Services sponsors several wellness programs for benefits-eligible faculty and staff members. Participating in a wellness class can help you reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve health. The Benefits Office subsidizes 50 percent of the cost, giving you a 50 percent discounted rate.

Classes on the Homewood campus include Muscle Toning & Conditioning, Cardio Fusion, Zumba, Mindfulness Meditation, and Yoga. Classes on other campuses include Yoga at Eastern, Yoga at Keswick, and Yoga at Candler. The classes are open to all skill levels.
