Weather permitting, beginning on Monday, Jan. 16, and lasting for approximately three weeks, an engineering and construction team will inspect the roofs, building vestibules, and colonnade at the Mergenthaler and Remsen buildings.
All activities will occur on the exterior of the buildings and are not expected to impact building occupants or operations. Inspectors will be using ladders and a small scaffold, and pedestrian paths to avoid those areas will be clearly identified. A plan showing pedestrian routes and study areas is on the Facilities and Real Estate website.
