Are you ready to transform unhealthy habits for good? In the past, have you had trouble making behavior changes permanent? Are you ready to try again, but this time successfully exchange unhealthy habits for healthier ones? Join Meg Stoltzfus, Lifespan Services manager in the Office of Work, Life and Engagement, for a series of three workshops. In this first session, participants will learn about the Stages of Change model, an evidence-based method for transforming behavior. This is the first part of a three-part series (2/9 and 2/23) at the Keswick campus. Attending all sessions is recommended but not required.
