Intersession group fitness classes begin at the Rec Center on Monday, Jan. 9. We have 29 classes/week for you. When the spring schedule begins on Jan. 30, the number of weekly classes will increase to 34. We're bringing back Weight Room 101, a class led by a certified personal trainer and conducted in the weight room. We've added Restorative Yoga to the schedule on Sunday evenings along with morning classes at 7:30 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.
Please note that there is no free week for Intersession. The class passes have been set at extremely low prices ($15/students, $20 for non-students) to make participation accessible for everyone. Free week for spring semester will be held Jan. 30 to Feb. 4. Stop by the office during the week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to pick up your Intersession and spring class passes!
