Mindfulness in Everyday Life: Focus on Eating

Sometimes, are you unable to recall what you ate for dinner an hour later? Can you eat several servings of a snack without realizing it? By paying attention to the tastes, the smells, and the textures of food, we can take time to enjoy the present moment and begin the journey of living a more mindful life. Join WorkLife staff to learn strategies that you can use to add mindful eating to your everyday life. Participants should bring their lunch.
