Last day to withdraw from a course and change grading method is Friday, Nov. 18th

Until Friday, Nov. 18th, students may withdraw from a course. The course remains on the transcript with a "W" in the grade column. No credits are earned for a withdrawn course, and it does not affect the GPA.

Students must remain registered for at least 12 credits in order to maintain full-time status.

This is also the last day to change grading status to or from S/U.

Course withdrawals and grading method changes must be transacted using a paper add/drop form at the Registrar's Office. Engineering students must secure their faculty advisor's signature on the form before giving it to the Registrar's Office. (KSAS students do not have to.)

Students with questions about their academic performance should speak with their instructors and their advisors before withdrawing from a course.
