You must enroll if you wish to:
- Participate in a Flexible Spending Account for 2017
- Make changes to your current benefits (e.g., change medical plans, add coverage for a dependent)
If you do not enroll, your existing choices, except Flexible Spending Accounts, will carry forward into 2017 at the new rates. For your Health Care FSA, up to $500 of your remaining 2016 account balance will roll over into 2017. Your Dependent Care FSA will NOT roll forward.
To make your Health & Life choices go to the myChoices tab of the Benefits website. The benefits enrollment site is available to you 24 hours a day until 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 8, from anywhere that you have Microsoft Internet Explorer. You must click "I Accept" when finished for your annual enrollment elections to be processed. The latest submission of elections will become your benefit choices, effective Jan. 1, 2017. Be sure to print a copy of your online confirmation for your records.
