Free Mindful Yoga Classes beginning Tuesday Nov. 8th Are you feeling stressed and need a way to relax? Come to Free Mindful Yoga classes each Tuesday from 4:45-5:45 pm. Classes will be held in the Mattin Center SDS Room on Nov. 8, 15, 29 and Dec. 6, 13. No special attire or yoga experience is needed. Mats will be provided or bring your own. Yoga and mindfulness are great ways to take a break, release tension and focus on yourself and the present moment. Take a break in your week and come see how Mindful Yoga can help you feel less stressed and improve your overall well-being. Open to all Homewood and Peabody undergrad and grad students.
