Wondering where to start to improve your work-life effectiveness? Join WorkLife staff to reflect on and plan specifically what you can do to excel more at work while also taking care of yourself and your personal life. Participants will use the Johns Hopkins Work-Life Pledge, a menu of specific and attainable strategies, to create a 30-day action plan. Next, they will discuss the change process and how to make healthy habits stick. All employees are welcome, whether this is your first work-life workshop or you've participated in several.
