Attend an information session for student organization members who schedule space and plan events on campus. Join the Scheduling & Event Services team (formerly Conference Services) to learn more about new centralized scheduling services offered for reservable spaces on campus, policy/procedure changes for reserving space, outdoor and general pool classroom space requests, meet new staff, and learn more about new and improved budget-friendly menu options with Bon Appetit to meet student organization budgetary needs.
