Apply for Abell Award in Urban Policy

Do you have a bright idea for Baltimore? The $5,000 Abell Award in Urban Policy is given annually for the most compelling paper(s) carefully analyzing and offering feasible solutions to a major policy problem facing Baltimore.

All full-time students from area colleges and universities are eligible to apply.

Deadlines:

  • Entry form: 4 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2016
  • Abstract: 4 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2016
  • Final papers: 3 p.m. on Feb. 16, 2017
