The Students of Color Discussion Group will meet weekly at the JHU Counseling Center. The group will provide a safe, confidential space where you can discuss relevant topics with other Students of Color. Topics covered in the group will vary; past topics have included microaggressions, pressure to prove yourself, feeling like you don't fit in, discrimination, family issues, and academic issues. The group will be facilitated by staff psychologist Leslie Leathers. The day and time of the meeting will be determined based on the availability of group members. Registration is required; call 410-516-8278 or email lleathe3@jhu.edu to join or with questions about joining.
