Introduction to Qigong

If you have an interest in Chinese healing modalities or are looking for new tools to improve your health and longevity, please join us for an introduction to Qigong. Qigong is an internal martial art that has been shown to improve balance, agility, cognition, and equanimity while improving energy and mood. Mindfulness is a key component of the practice. No experience is necessary, and movements are easy to follow. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Weather permitting, we will be outside; please register for location details.
