Deadline to add a course is Friday

The deadline to add a course for the fall semester is Friday, Sept. 16 at 4:30 p.m.

During the first two weeks of each semester, undergraduates may make changes to their course schedule, without written approval, unless the course is filled or will cause a credit overload.

If the course is filled, you must obtain the instructor's signed approval on the Course Change Form and submit it to the Registrar's Office.

If the course will cause a credit overload, Arts & Sciences students need a signature from the AS Advising Office; Engineering students need their faculty advisor's signature and the approval of the EN Advising Office. If adding courses in other divisions or at schools in the cooperative program, you must follow the deadlines set by the host school or division.

Undergraduates may register for research up to Oct. 14.

If you have questions about these policies and procedures, please consult your respective Office of Academic Advising.
