The Black Faculty and Staff Association is hosting a Back to School supply drive for two or more (depending on collection) schools in the Baltimore City Public School System. Items can be dropped off in boxes around campus through Aug. 26. Donations will be distributed in schools during the first week of classes.
Can you please help us to help some local kids who may be unable to purchase all of their school supplies?
Collection boxes have been placed in and around our various campuses:
- East Baltimore: 615 Wolfe St. in the JHSPH Student Lounge, 1830 Monument St. lobby, 1809 Ashland Ave. lobby, and 2024 E. Monument St. lobby
- Homewood: MSE Library, Staff Lounge Q Level, Wyman Park Building lobby
- Keswick: AP/Tax Lobby, N4300 Keswick Building
- Eastern: Room C120
Items needed are book bags, binders, composition books, dividers, filler paper, pencils, pens, rulers, erasers, pencil sharpeners, highlighters, markers, crayons, dictionaries, thesauruses, pencil cases with zipper, jump/thumb drives, calculators (including scientific), tissues, and hand sanitizer.
