Hop on the bus with Live Near Your Work and tour many of the eligible LNYW neighborhoods in Baltimore City. Katie Schroeder, LNYW program coordinator, will discuss how a LNYW grant could provide up to $25,000 toward buyer expenses such as a down payment and closing costs. Representatives from various neighborhood associations will be on hand to describe their respective communities—housing styles, restaurants, hot spots, etc. Seating is limited and registration is required.
