Latino health conference

The conference will address topics of high priority suggested by our community partners, such as intergenerational gaps in mental health support, communication, reunification, acculturation, teen pregnancy, and educational opportunities and barriers for immigrant and U.S.-born Latinos. A conference sponsored by the Johns Hopkins Centro SOL and the Urban Health Institute. The keynote speaker is Commissioner Rafael López, Administration for Children, Youth and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Joining him will be Liany Arroyo, director of the the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy.
