Winter wellness sessions

The Office of Benefits Services sponsors wellness programs for benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and bargaining unit members. The Benefits Office subsidizes 50 percent of the cost, giving you a 50 percent discounted rate.

Classes on the Homewood campus include Yoga, Meditation, Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning & Conditioning, and Zumba. Yoga classes are held at the Keswick, and Candler locations. Wellness classes help reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve health. These classes are open to all skill levels.
