Researchers at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine are looking for volunteers to participate in a research study examining the impact of air pollutants on adults with asthma.
To participate, you must:
Be between 18 and 50 years of age
Have asthma
Be a nonsmoker
Live in Baltimore
To see if you are eligible, you must complete one clinic visit:
Evaluation and questionnaires
A breathing test to make sure that you do not smoke
If you are eligible, the study involves:
Two one-week periods of environmental monitoring in your home over three months
All examinations, parking, and tests provided at no cost
Compensation up to $120 for completing ALL study visits
