JHU benefits enrollment ends at midnight today, Wednesday, Nov. 11

Health & Life:

You must enroll if you wish to:

  • Participate in a Flexible Spending Account for 2016

  • Make changes to your current benefits (e.g., change medical plans, add coverage for a dependent)

If you do not enroll, your existing choices will carry forward into 2016 at the new rates except Flexible Spending Accounts. For your Health Care FSA, up to $500 of your remaining 2015 account balance will roll over into 2016. Your Dependent Care FSA will NOT roll forward unless you actively enroll.

Retirement Choice:

Each employee participating in the 403(b) MUST log in to the new online enrollment portal and make an active election for 2016. If you do not, future contributions from Jan. 1, 2016, onward will be automatically directed to the appropriate Vanguard Target Retirement Fund (based on your age) within the JHU Select Funds.

To enroll:

To make your Health & Life and Retirement choices go to the myChoices tab in the upper right of the Benefits homepage. Changes can be made through Nov. 11. The latest submission of elections will become your benefit choices, effective Jan. 1, 2016. Be sure to print a copy of your online confirmation for your records.
