To participate in this study, you must be a native English speaker with exposure to only one other language (to any varying degree, from a few words to fluency), and be between the ages of 18 and 25. The study will be 30 minutes long at the medical school campus. Four paper neuropsych tests (similar to brain games), an online computer assessment, and a survey to gauge your degree of monolingualism/bilingualism will be distributed.
You will be paid $10 for coming.
Our goal is to understand the correlation between degree of language fluency and cognitive functions such as attention, memory, focus, task separation, etc.
