Annual benefits enrollment: In-person resources

To learn more about what's new and ensure that you choose the benefits that are best for you and your family, plan to take advantage of available resources such as town hall presentations and help desks. Here are some of the in-person benefits resources available this week:

Town Hall 2016 Benefits Updates: Hear what's new from a member of the Benefits team.
+ Montgomery County: Oct. 19 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Gilchrist Room, 134
+ D.C. campus: Oct. 20 at 10 a.m. and noon at 1625 Massachusetts Ave., Room 205
+ Downtown Baltimore: Oct. 21 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at 100 N. Charles Street, Suite 500

Retirement Choice Help Desk: Meet with a representative from TIAA-CREF for assistance with the online enrollment portal.
+ Mt. Washington: Oct. 19 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the TIAA-CREF Office, Suite 100
+ Green Spring: Oct. 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the JHU Pavilion II Conference Room
+ Keswick: Oct. 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the North Building, Classrooms A&B

Retirement Fair: Speak with representatives from American Century, Fidelity, TIAA-CREF, and Vanguard to get your retirement choice questions answered and obtain assistance with the new online enrollment portal.
+ Homewood: Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Levering Hall, Glass Pavilion
