Classes on the Homewood campus include Yoga, Meditation, Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning and Conditioning, and Zumba. Yoga is also offered at the Keswick and Candler locations. Wellness classes help reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve health. These classes are open to all skill levels.
