As a parent of an academically advanced child, have you heard about the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth but haven't looked into it yet? Here's your chance. CTY will join other regional and national educational groups at the Educational Forum, a free day of learning and fun for intellectually curious 4th through 12th graders and their parents, on Sunday, Oct. 18, at St. Paul's School in Brooklandville.
The event runs from 9:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. Attend presentations on topics related to nurturing academic talent while your child enjoys fun, hands-on workshops in math, science, writing, and other subjects. CTY staff will be there to answer questions about our summer, online, and family programs.
