The Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Network (JHCRN) announces a new grant funding opportunity to promote inter-institutional research collaborations between Johns Hopkins Medicine and JHCRN-affiliated institutions. This grant, "Research Accelerator and Mentorship Program," will fund one to three projects, up to $50,000 over a 12-month period. Proposals including clinical and community-based research, practice-based research, and health services research are encouraged.
Applications are now being requested. Letters of intent are due by Dec. 1 and complete applications are due by Jan. 15, 2016. Eligible applicants include Johns Hopkins University faculty and JHCRN affiliate institution staff. Principal investigators are required to involve a minimum of one JHCRN affiliate institution co-investigator. JHCRN-affiliated institutions include Anne Arundel Medical Center, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, Inova Health System, Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Reading Health System, and all of Johns Hopkins Medicine.
