Because of Artscape, Charles Street will be closed in the vicinity of Penn Station from 10 a.m. Thursday, July 16, through Sunday night, July 19. As a result, the Penn Station northbound shuttle stop will be relocated during those times to the intersection of Mount Royal Avenue and Calvert Street. Expect delays due to congestion in the area.
