Mindfulness Meditation classes offered at Homewood

The Office of Benefits Services sponsors wellness programs for benefits-eligible faculty and staff members. Program costs are subsidized 50 percent by the Benefits Office, giving you a 50 percent discounted rate.

An eight-week session of Mindfulness Meditation will be held on Thursdays, from noon to 12:45 p.m., at the Mattin Center. Classes will run from April 30 to June 25. The cost for the session is $25.

Take a break during the day and get away from the cycle of chronic stress. Mindfulness Meditation provides tools for calming the mind and short-circuiting the body's stress response.
