Are you sitting at your desk hunched over for hours? You know you need to get up and move, but how? Rebecca Spain, Training with SPAIN, fitness coach, CPT, will share exercises to reset and restore during the workday through proper breathing and posture exercises. She will also give tips on great exercises to help reverse your day-to-day posture at your desk. You will walk away with a simple exercise routine that can be done on your break. This is an active workshop and will take place on the track located behind Johns Hopkins at Eastern. Come dressed comfortably. We will have an indoor location in the event of rain.
