Managing Cancer at Work: New resources

Given the statistic that at least one in three adults in the U.S. will develop cancer, employees may face a cancer diagnosis or need to care for a loved one with cancer while continuing to work. Join Marie Borsellino, oncology nurse navigator, and Lillie Schockney, University Distinguished Service Associate Professor of Breast Cancer, to learn about a new benefit offered at no cost to Johns Hopkins employees. The Managing Cancer at Work benefit includes a rich multimedia website for employees and managers, and a nurse navigator who will help employees find the resources they need for their own care or that of a loved one. The resources can help you prevent cancer, recognize the early warning signs of cancer, and understand and manage cancer treatment in a way that optimizes health and well-being.
