Johns Hopkins University has launched the next phase of its efforts to build a fully engaged workforce by asking all staff to complete the Gallup Organization's Q12 survey. The School of Medicine will have its own version of the survey, which will be administered to its faculty as well.
The identity of the respondents will be kept completely confidential, and the results will help managers develop programs and policies that encourage and empower employees to do their best work every day. Staff are encouraged to locate the link that was emailed by the Gallup organization and take this short survey before the March 29 deadline.
