Pedestrians should avoid the south side of 33rd Street east of Lovegrove Alley and the west side of St. Paul Street, south of 33rd Street. The no-pedestrian zone will be enforced by security officers as it is unsafe for pedestrians. The southwest corner of the St. Paul/33rd Street intersection is also closed and should be avoided.
Additionally, parking will be prohibited along the west side of St. Paul Street between 32nd and 33rd streets for the 18-month period. We regret any inconvenience these changes may cause, and we appreciate your cooperation.
