Speak Like a Pro II
This workshop focuses on managing stage fright and composure in front of any size audience. Participants will explore voice and body language as an effective communication tool and discuss key ways of adding maximum impact to a presentation. Participants are videotaped for instant feedback on strengths and areas needing improvement. Speak Like a Pro I is a prerequisite for this class.

The Professional Administrative Assistant
Module 6: Conflict Management Skills

Introduction to Work Safety and Occupational Health
This half-day workshop covers a variety of issues pertaining to the Department of Health, Safety and Environment; JHU policy and applicable laws; data and statistics; and the supervisor's role in maintaining a safe workplace. Prevention is discussed along with health and wellness. Environmental issues such as ergonomics are considered along with the topic of injury and illness management including non–work-related illness, dealing with work-related injury and illness, the Workers Compensation Act, and the JHU process for case management.

Campus Conversations on Diversity and Inclusion at Johns Hopkins University
This four-hour workshop will provide insight on how diversity and inclusion create value and show the importance of ensuring that all faculty, staff, and students are treated with equity, civility, and respect. Composed of exercises and scenarios, the workshop takes a multimedia approach in exploring perceptions of power, identity, and unconscious biases.

Communicating With Others: Your Style and Its Impact
Participants in this course will identify their preferences in verbal and nonverbal communication. Uncover and explore the effects of your tendency toward one of four communication styles: driver, analytic, relater amiable, and expressive. Learn about your style's inherent strengths and trouble spots, and the impact of your style in the workplace.

Professional Medical Coding Training: Radiology
This workshop will cover radiology coding and reimbursement topics including terminology, technical versus professional components, radiology modifiers, and national and local coverage determinations requirements to determine medical necessity for radiology procedures.
