Pedestrian traffic will be closed beginning Monday, March 16, along the south side of 33rd Street east of Lovegrove Alley and along the west side of St. Paul Street, south of 33rd Street. The no-pedestrian zone will be enforced by security officers. Additionally, parking will be prohibited along the west side of St. Paul Street between 33rd and 34th streets for the 18-month period.
