We know that fruits and vegetables are good for kids but encouraging them to eat a diverse and healthy diet can be challenging. In this workshop, caregivers will be introduced to The Kids Cook Monday, a weekly opportunity for families to take health into their own hands. Alana Ridge, program officer from the Bloomberg School of Public Health's Center for a Livable Future, will discuss how involving children in meal preparation is healthy, safe, and fun for the whole family.
Tuesday, March 17, HW, noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 26, EB, noon to 1 p.m.
