On March 9, university staff (not faculty, except in the School of Medicine) will receive an email from the Gallup Organization asking them to take an employee engagement survey for Johns Hopkins. All staff are encouraged to use the link in that email and spend a few minutes answering the questions. This is your chance to join the conversation about how we can build an environment where everyone is motivated and supported to do their best work.
Participant responses will be completely confidential, and your honest feedback will help your team identify areas of strength and ones that need improvement. We need you to be part of the conversations we will have this spring—among top leaders and within work areas—about making engagement a more visible part of our daily efforts.
