Professional Medical Coding Training Module 12: Genitourinary Surgery
This workshop will cover all commonly performed surgeries involving the urinary system and male and female reproductive systems. With the use of hands-on exercises, participants will be introduced to appropriate terminology, functions, and coding of laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and abdominal procedures of the structures within each system. Professional Medical Coding Training Module 13: Surgery of Endocrine and Nervous Systems
This workshop will cover coding for the endocrine system, including diseases of the pituitary gland, the pineal gland, thyroid and parathyroid glands, thymus, adrenal glands, pancreas, ovaries, and testes. Endocrinology medical coding involves assigning the accurate diagnosis, procedure codes, and proper modifiers—all of which are covered in this module.
