Deadline extended for NV grants: Building narrative and visualization skills for 21st-century careers

The Center for Educational Resources announces a program of grants for faculty who wish to support the acquisition of narrative and visual communication skills by their undergraduate students. The focus will be on courses offered to undergraduate students in the Whiting School of Engineering and the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences. To facilitate implementation, the grants will provide funding for graduate students to work with faculty to develop and teach narrative or visualization modules appropriate for the discipline. Deadline for submission of proposals is 5 p.m. on March 2. See http://www.cer.jhu.edu/grants-nv.html for more information and to download the RFP.
