Changing Behavior: A three-part series

Are you ready to transform unhealthy habits for good? In the past, have you had trouble making behavior changes permanent? Are you ready to try again, but this time successfully exchange unhealthy habits for healthier ones? Join Meg Stoltzfus, Lifespan Services manager in the Office of Work, Life and Engagement, and Christine Higgins, Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, for a series of three workshops.

  • Part 1: Getting Unstuck
    Learn about the Stages of Change model, an evidence-based method for transforming behavior.

Wednesday, Feb. 18, HW, noon to 1 p.m.

  • Part 2: Achieving a Goal
    Learn about goal setting and readiness for change. You will identify a personal goal and leave with the tools to begin the change planning process.

Wednesday, Feb. 25, HW, noon to 1 p.m.

  • Part 3: Planning Change
    Discuss strategies to make healthy habits stick and review the change planning assignment.

Wednesday, March 11, HW, noon to 1 p.m.
