Winter wellness programs

The Office of Benefits Services sponsors wellness programs for benefits-eligible faculty and staff members. The Benefits Office subsidizes 50 percent of the cost giving you a 50 percent discounted rate. Register today to take advantage of these low prices!

Classes on the Homewood campus include Yoga, Meditation, Cardio Fusion, Muscle Toning and Conditioning, and Zumba. Classes on the East Baltimore campus include Yoga and Zumba. Yoga is also offered on the Candler and Keswick campuses. Wellness classes help reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve health. These classes are open to all skill levels.
