Sandy Jenkins, Live Near Your Work coordinator, will discuss the most up‐to‐date information about the Live Near Your Work program. Additionally, a local home ownership counselor will walk you through the steps of home ownership counseling. Learn about mortgage loan qualifications, loan products, special grants, and more. Earning a home ownership counseling certificate makes you eligible for not only the Live Near Your Work program but a multitude of home purchasing incentives outside Johns Hopkins. This workshop will not qualify you for a home ownership certificate but will prepare you for your first meeting.
