In this intermediate-level course you will learn how to create more powerful and dramatic images. With techniques such as selective focus, depth of field, pre-visualization, creative composition, and use of black and white, you will be able to take your images to the next level. We will view and discuss images from well-known photographers as well as critiquing our own images. An introduction to the world of photographic software is also covered; the course includes a Sunday morning practicum of field study at Howard Rawlins Conservatory.
