With so much to juggle at work and at home, is it any wonder we get stressed? While there's no way to avoid all of it, there are some ways to manage it more effectively. Join Meg Stoltzfus, lifespan services manager, for a relaxing one-hour workshop that will provide you with some stress management techniques such as Mindfulness Meditation, a technique that can be practiced by anyone regardless of religious or spiritual beliefs. It provides tools for calming the mind and short-circuiting the body's stress response, providing a chance for the practitioner to get out of the cycle of chronic stress.
