The Johns Hopkins Live Near Your Work Program, in partnership with the Southeast Community Development Corp., invites you to tour homes for sale in the Bayview and Greektown neighborhoods. We'll begin in Bayview, a quiet family-friendly neighborhood nestled next to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center's sprawling green campus. Then, we'll escort you to Greektown, a culturally significant neighborhood with a great community school. Visit featured homes for sale, meet local residents, and enjoy authentic Greek cuisine! During the tour, you'll learn how to qualify for low-interest Healthy Neighborhoods loans as well as other great home buying incentives, including JH Live Near Your Work grants. Attend this or any 2014 walking tour event and you will receive an additional $1,000 toward the down payment/closing costs of a home in the A, B, or C target areas.
