Mason Hall moves to a centralized scheduling system on Oct. 1. You can now book the Mason Hall boardroom, auditorium, and colonnade at this link. The conference room on the second floor of Mason will no longer be available to outside departments. Reception-type events will now be held in the colonnade as the lobby will be reserved strictly for admission activities.
Event managers will need to request custodial and AV support through the appropriate site. If you have any questions regarding this change, please address them to Heather Michaelson at hmichaels@jhu.edu.
