Mason Hall moves to a centralized scheduling system on Oct. 1. You can now book the Mason Hall boardroom, auditorium, and colonnade at this link. The conference room on the second floor of Mason will no longer be available to outside departments. Reception-type events will now be held in the colonnade as the lobby will be reserved strictly for admission activities.
