What to do when domestic violence enters the workplace (webinar)

Domestic/intimate partner violence takes place when one partner uses physical violence, intimidation, threats, or emotional, sexual, or economic abuse to control the other partner. Many of our colleagues could be victims of intimate partner violence. It is important that we understand the ways we can support our colleagues through a threatening situation, and help ensure the problem does not escalate into the workplace. Join Alissa Putman, director of FASAP, and Errin Britt, Safe at Hopkins risk assessment program manager, for an informative one-hour webinar that will provide you with resources to use when you or someone you know is encountering abuse or violence in an intimate relationship.

Wednesday, Oct. 1, noon to 1 p.m. (webinar)
