The Women's Pre-Health Leadership Society invites you to join BLAST, a program that offers one-on-one STEM mentoring to Baltimore City schoolgirls, to encourage them to continue pursuing science and technology. Mentors will work with girls on fun science experiments and have the opportunity to build close, long-lasting ties. BLAST sessions will be held every Mondays or Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women in Mount Vernon.
If you're unable to make it to the sessions and still want to be involved with BLAST, you can help make weekly lesson plans by applying for the curriculum committee! The deadline to apply is noon this Saturday, Sept. 20. Here's the link to the application
